Accepted payment methods

Following the reservation email, you will receive a detailed quote along with the necessary banking information to make a transfer. Once we have received the deposit, the date and service will be reserved in your name.

For a fully customized marriage proposal, it is advisable to plan several months in advance to allow for meticulous planning of every aspect of your event. If you choose one of our packages, you can contact us up to 2 weeks before the desired date, subject to availability.

What are the refund conditions?

if you decide to cancel your event more than one week before the scheduled date, the deposit paid will be retained.

However, if you choose to cancel less than one week before the scheduled date, the total amount of the service will be required. We recommend that you carefully consider these conditions before confirming your reservation.
